THE STANDARD OPTION IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE PERSONALIZED BY US. NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED UNLESS YOU CHOOSE THE OPTIONAL EXTRA OF PRINTING.

Please allow up to 4-5 working days for us to create your personalized print and send a proof.
Once approved if printing is selected - then printing is in 3-5 days and will be couriered. The price for the printing includes courier.

HOW IT WORKS:

1.    Fill in the personalize section when ordering below and include all the details we need.
    - Full name - including middle name if applicable
    - Date of birth
    - Weight - in oz and pounds or kgs if preferred
    - Length - in cm or inches if preferred
    - Time - e.g 2.30pm
    - Location - can be hospital, town or state
     - No other changes will be made. If you wish to have a different animal - design, colour or layout please contact us first to discuss options

2.     We create a PDF watermarked proof and email it through to your email address

3.     Once approved the final Artwork is emailed to you in JPEG & PDF formats.

4.     Then you print at home (Digital option) or if you chose printing we will courier to your chosen address.
